✔️ Infants/toddlers should be in a rear-facing car seat for up to 2 years or 22-25 lbs.
✔️ Toddlers/preschoolers should be in a forward-facing seat up to 65 lbs.
✔️ School-aged children should be in a booster seat till they’re 8-12 years or 4”9.
✔️ Car seats should be anchored with either a seat belt OR LATCH system (don’t use both!)
✔️ If you use a seat belt make sure it locks to hold it tightly.
