Etai’s Stapleton is now referred as Etai’s on 29th Av on our website.
Although the word “Stapleton” was never an official part of our name, but a nickname to help people quickly understand the location, we consider this small change to be a very important one. The Stapleton neighborhood is named after mayor Ben Stapleton who happened to be both the mayor of Denver and the head of Colorado KKK and we do not want to memorialize the leader like that in any way. We strongly believe that this small changes will add up to a huge result and we are committed to being a good neighbor and positive force in our community.

What changed: No fixed menu. You will be able to build your own meal from scratch, on the spot, exactly how you want it. We will offer dinner (yay!). Simplified ordering, delivery to the door or/and timed pick up to keep everyone safe during Covid times.

Etai’s is excited to share with you it’s new delicious and successful concept: Etai’s Greenhouse is opening this Tuesday at Central Park on 29th Ave.
We will offer Bowls, Salads and Wraps made with fresh ingredients and cooked onsite by our chefs. Etai’s Greenhouse will be open 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
In addition, Juice Bar as well - a fully new menu with delicious juices and smoothies. Served all day, along with coffee and our infamous pastries & cookies!
For now we will be open for curbside, take out and deliveries only (Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats).
