If you need to make a payment over the phone by debit/credit card or e-check. You can call the company direct, phone numbers are posted below, or you can visit their websites and pay online, or you can call our office and someone will be available to take your payment after 04/01/2020.
If you are a contractor in need of a certificate of insurance you can e-mail us at etheze@gmail.com or call our office after 04/01/2020 and someone will take your call and issue the certificate. Make sure and include the full name and address of the company you need the certificate for and the fax or e-mail address and we will send it for you.
We are taking these measure as news of a community outbreak is a reality and I feel it is in the best interest of my employee's and my customers.
I am open for business. Still observing social distancing to protect our customers and my employees. I am in the office M-F, 9 to 5, to help anyone who needs it.
