As Evans Tire's mission statement clearly vows, "We exist to provide the highest level of satisfaction for our customers, employees, and their families in a safe and professional environment," and that is exactly what we live by.
Our goal is to maintain those standards and give our customers the satisfaction that they are used to by providing them with all of the services that the major competitors do not provide, such as alignment, brakes, shocks, struts, and oil changes. By marketing Evans Tire and Service Centers as a one stop shop, not only has traffic increased, but customer confidence and positive feedback have grown exponentially. One way to gauge customer response is through the WOW program, a brain child of founder John Andonian and Marketing Director Jerome Hemmestad. The program is a team effort at all 18 stores, featuring a window wash and tire dressing before returning each vehicle, an upgraded waiting area with flat screen televisions and free Wifi access for customers, and a sticker providing a direct line of communication with John to express concerns and compliments on the service they were provided. Since the implementation of the WOW program seven years ago, customers' accessibility to share their experience is better than ever, boosting our Customer Service Index and customer morale while receiving service on their vehicles.
