The Covid pandemic has affected us all in ways we never imagined. While we are providing our free estimates and taking orders, it is taking our suppliers longer to get products to us. There are shortages of raw materials and when there is an occurrence of a positive covid test on a worker in one of the vendors operations, they have to shut down and clean and test to insure everyone is safe. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and sell quality doors, windows, siding, awnings or other exterior products that will fit their needs within the initial sales consultation
• Responsible for using established sales methodology to sell customer the proper product for their needs.
• Develop a rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate one visit close
• Leverage industry leading product samples, support and brand marketing to assist you in closing the sale
• Commitment to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
• Effectively self-manage sales pipeline.
Minimum Skills And Competencies
• 2+ years of commissioned sale experience.
• Excellent communication time management and organizational skills
• Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed
• Ability to overcome objections in the sales process
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel within the assigned territory
