Friends and family of someone living at Evergreen: Although we encourage you to reach out to our community with any questions about your loved one, our parent company, Agemark Senior Living, is offering the Agemark Wellness Hotline to any who may have trouble getting in touch with us or if you have questions about a policy or procedure we've implemented as a company as a result of coronavirus. This line will be staffed between 9am-6pm CST, Monday-Friday. In addition, they have set up a new email address: wellness@agemark.com. Agemark reps will respond to emails as soon as they're able, in most cases within 1 business day. Questions can be directed there too. Please note that the Hotline will not be able to give out specific information about an individual due to privacy laws. We're grateful for your understanding, love and support during this challenging time. Thank you for helping us keep residents safe and healthy!
