We at Evergreen Vet know that these are some scary and uncertain times, however COVID19 has created some positive changes at our hospital for the ease of our clients and patients!
We are happy to announce that we now have a prescription refill email system that will help keep our phone lines open for scheduling and questions!
If you currently have prescriptions through our hospital and are needing a refill, please feel free to email us at rxrefill@evhkirkland.com Please include: name, phone number, your pet’s name and the medication that you are needing refilled in the body of the email and someone will reply to you within a couple of hours to confirm that we received your request.
Please remember that we ask for 48 hours notice for refill requests!

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Evergreen Veterinary Hospital is instituting some changes to help with social distancing.
1) When you arrive, please call from the parking lot to let us know you are here. Once you have checked in by phone, please wait in your car. When your exam room is ready, we will let you know and have you come in directly to the disinfected exam room.
2) All check outs will be done in the exam rooms to minimize congestion in our lobby.
3) For food and medication pick ups, please call ahead and we will make sure it is ready for you when you arrive. Please allow 48 hour notice for prescription refills, as we are currently experiencing a high demand.
4) If you are sick or not feeling well, or have recently traveled, or have had contact with a potentially infected or infected individual, we will be happy to reschedule your pet’s appointment or procedure at no penalty to you.
