He graduated medical school in the top 20% of his class and obtained a residency in the highly competitive field of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. Immediately after completing medical school Dr. Sanderson volunteered to serve in the United States Army Reserve and has served proudly for 13 years, including one combat deployment to Iraq. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr. Luis Gorospe is a noted surgeon who has been serving patients in the Tulsa area for more than 30 years. Dr. Gorospe completed his surgical residency at the Oklahoma University College of Medicine and taught surgery as a professor in the medical schools of both OU and OSU. He was the first surgeon in Oklahoma to perform a gastric bypass surgery and the first physician in Oklahoma to attain membership in the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons.
Dr. Gorospe is trained in advanced bio-identical hormone replacement and pellet therapy. Then later returned and completed her nursing degree at Western Wisconsin Technical College in 1991. In 2006 she graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa with a Bachelor & Masters of Science Degree in Nursing. She worked at Grand View Care Center in Blair, and Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Whitehall. She is board certified in Family and Geriatrics.
