Evolution Sports Physiotherapy is offering the opportunity to develop proper and efficient movement strategies for sports and fitness.
Sessions will enforce speed, strength and agility for safe and effective movement on the field.
Activities such as running form and footwork, core strength and acceleration/deceleration skills will help the athletes learn body control and improve coordination necessary for all sports.
Direct and progressive coaching will be provided by a strength and conditioning certified specialist (CSCS).
Recommended ages are 9-13. The sessions are 2x/wk for 4 weeks. Cost for the 8 sessions is $299, but if you sign up before Oct 6, the offer is $269.
Space is limited to maintain social distancing and safety. There may be options to increase the session opportunities if there is enough interest.
Please reach out to Lisa Kanning at lisa@evolutionsportspt.com or Chris Fusco Chris.fusco@evolutionsportspt.com or DM us to reserve your spot.

Hey everyone! I decided to register last minute for my 1st mountain bike race in Fair Hill as part of the Mid Atlantic Super Series race this past weekend. It was super fun and challenging! I like getting out of my comfort zone... I hope you push yourselves too! 👊

Today, we celebrate Gavin Hall on his commitment to continue playing lacrosse and his studies at St. Mary's College of Maryland!
"Gavin is a throwback face-off specialist. His ability to counter FOGO moves allows a team to always have a chance of winning the faceoff no matter whom they play. The Seahawks of St. Mary’s will be able to utilize him to give opposing team’s fits for the next four years."
Congratulations Gavin, we are so excited to watch you succeed as a Seahawk!!
So happy to have been able to make an impact for local athletes like Francesca!

Hereford Girls Basketball
February 20 at 3:46 PM ·
Today we celebrate our 5th Hereford Girls Basketball Senior - FRAN! Fran’s favorite basketball memory was definitely her first basket in a game after coming back from her ACL injury. Fran said, “It was such a tough road for me and to have all my teammates, coaches and parents cheer me on will always be a memory I will cherish.” Fran said, “Being a high school athlete really makes you appreciate other people. It teaches you how to work with others in the best and worst times. You gain a support system in a team that helps build you as a person.” Fran had some advice for new players - “Enjoy all the time you have. Basketball and this program gave me a chance to work hard towards a goal and to overcome all the obstacles it threw at me. Everything happens for a reason and I believe I have enjoyed every moment, good and bad, because it has made me who I am today.”
Fran’s teammates say that she brings joy to the team! They say that Fran has an amazing positive attitude and they love that about her. One teammate said that Fran is one of the sweetest people she knows, both on and off the court! She always makes sure to include everyone and always seems to have a smile!
Fran would like to give a shout-out to her family...she begins with her dad. “I’d like to shoutout to my dad for always coming to every game, no matter if I was playing or not. His spirit, although sometimes can be loud, always makes me feel supported to have him there. I’d also like to thank my mom for helping me at my lowest point and doing everything to help me get back on my feet. To my sister Nicole, thank you for being my role model and to my sister Gabby, thank you for supporting me and tagging along with Dad to my games.”
Fran said she’s not sure yet where she will attend college but she’s hoping to major in psychology, criminal justice or business. Fran said, “I don’t quite have it all figured out yet but I am very excited for this new chapter!” We wish Fran the best!
Big shout out to clinicians @smaxwell9040 and @ssjsports who over this weekend completed the #4x4x48challenge. The #4x4x48challenge is running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
It was a tough mental and physical challenge for both of them. They stated it felt like endless cycles of running, eating, and performing proper stretching and recovery techniques. They both enjoyed tempered their legs by the end of the challenge.
Similar to foam rolling, body tempering is a way of diffusing tissue and relieving tightness in the fascia and muscle.
Come experience body tempering along with cupping and dry needling.
@makena.london in for a little tune up before game day tomorrow. Good luck 🍀
