Location, location, location! A home at Evolve South Bay places you twenty minutes from Long Beach, Redondo, and Hermosa. In addition to the beaches, you’re just a few miles away from the Lakewood Golf Course. It doesn’t end there! We also have an incredible brewery scene including the one and only @monkishbrewery
Please welcome our first #EvolveSpotlightOfTheWeek! We donut know about you, but we are obsessed with our neighbors @sidecardoughnuts. The donuts are always fresh, the flavors are out of this world, especially the seasonal ones, and they have something for everyone. That includes all you vegans out there and anyone with gluten allergies.
