Just a note of thanks. Justin just left here and are we impressed with he and your firm.
1. You told us last week "it might be Monday". Promise kept.
2. You told us last week "he will definitely call prior to coming out and confirm a time but probably between 10-12." Promise kept. He called once to find out specifics and once to tell us he was 20 minutes away.
3. He quickly analyzed the problem and suggested a better fix than what we had operating. We told him "go".
4. I had him glance at a broken uplift drain plug in the bathroom and he said "I can fix that pretty quickly." He did.
5. He apologized for "my truck hit a couple small branches coming in...hopefully it didn't harm any trees." We laughed and told him we hoped it didn't hurt his truck.
6. He started mopping up the floor where he had tracked in and apologized for 'tracking'. We excused him and said "not a problem"
I coach businesses for a living. Your web site says prompt, professional and courteous. I coach businesses their performance must exceed their promise or even implied promise. You are way over the top competitively in your industry. We will be using you exclusively in the future as you established a new benchmark in plumbing performance. Wow. Thank you.
