You have the choice to creating reoccurring appointments, make them on the fly, or both. Our focus is providing a structured, PRIVATE 1-on-1 Training Environment allowing you to succeed at your own pace. All workouts are pre-designed before you walk in for each session and are based on your Personal Evaluation, previous sessions, and your goals! No two workouts are ever the same! Everyone trains for their own reasons, but everyone values the personal attention -- without judgment from the staff or other members. At Excel Fitness, your fitness and health goals are the center of your training.
One aspect of the system that raises the bar is the evaluation system. In most gyms it is a sale pitch! At Excel it is designed with you in mind. You are doing this because you want to. We need to create a baseline an outline of your overall health and fitness level. When you ask trainers what is Functional Training you will get a different answers from each trainer. Functional Training is the ability to gain strength, movement, endurance, and body control that transfers into real world activities that makes the clients life better outside of the gym.
