What is a Hunger Scale? How many types of Hunger are there?
Exercise does more than build muscle and burn body fat - it can help you sleep better and feel good, too... when done right!💪
In a study of more than 1 million people over 3 years, researchers found parallels between certain types and frequencies of exercise and mood benefits.
👉Here is what the study found:
-Cardio and team sports have a more positive impact on mood than other types of exercise
-Movement - even in the form of household chores - show a benefit for mood, too.
-Exercising 30-60 minutes 3 to 5 times a week showed the most benefits.
-Exercising too much showed that this made mental health worse. Specifically, exercising for more than an hour did not have any additional benefit. 😲
