Experienced and skilled Maintenance worker needed for the renovation of a 40 unit apartment complex. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Carpentry: modifying existing structures, removing and adding walls, or constructing simple wood structures.
Plumbing: repairing existing plumbing fixtures, lines and joints.
Painting: painting of exterior and interior walls.
Maintenance of Furnaces: cleaning lighting, lubricating parts and adjusting.
Electrical Work: replacement of light fixtures, outlet covers, and minor troubleshooting
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
