We have a unique and proven credit dispute system that disputes the right of the three major credit bureaus, TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, to report anything negative about you without being in compliance with Section 609 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Most consumers are not aware that the three major credit bureaus are reporting your personal information without verifiable written proof, which is illegal.
Consumer disclosure law requires that the credit bureaus must have verifiable written proof of anything they report about you on your credit report. The law also mandates the credit bureaus are required to have original documents on location to be in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
If the credit bureaus do not delete or change an item they are reporting on your credit report and they cannot produce a document with your signature on it as verifiable proof, they are in violation of federal law and subject themselves to a statutory fine for each unverifiable item they report. If the credit bureau cannot provide documentation with your signature on it, they cannot legally report that information.
