I will also offer suggestions to make your home more marketable. I am an expert in marketing homes and often have inexpensive ways to assist in making your home more presentable.
I am very well versed and a strong believer in the internet and will display your home on over 1200 internet sites. This I feel is very important to my clients because over 60% of our local area buyers come from out of the area and without this exposure they would be missing out on this market. In 2012 90% or all home buyers reported that they viewed their home on the internet before setting the appointment to see the house.
I also believe in marketing to the neighbors both via flyers and personal visits because 21% of our area buyers come from referrals from friends or family members that live within the same neighborhood!

As an Accredited Buyers Representative I believe in finding my clients their dream home and not just any home. I understand the anxiety of the new home owner and try my best to make sure that they truly love the house that they are buying and not just settling for a house because they are anxious.
I will sit down and explain the entire buying process with my clients, from mortgages, attorneys, home inspections to closings and the title companies role. I believe there is more to being a professional Realtor then simply finding your client a home and I personally work with my clients through every step of the buying process.
I make sure that every buyer gets prequalified with a mortgage company before we go out looking. It can be a real heartbreaker to allow a buyer to fall in love with a home and later find out that he or she can not afford it and has been shopping above their means.
