We are so very excited to collaborate with The Keen Voice Studio to bring you an amazing weekend of musical theater dance workshops to the NKY area with Broadway Star, Angie Schworer!
Angie has been in over 11 Broadway shows and is currently starring in the hit musical THE PROM!! We are so very lucky that she will be sharing her talents and knowledge with us. The workshops are open to both dance and musical theater students ages 13 and up! Check out the event for registration details!

{Teacher Feature}
Geena Hunt!
Geena is so excited to be on the teaching staff of EDT - right where her love of dance began! She currently teaches beginner tap, ballet, hip hop, and acrobatics and is also the assistant coach of the new Expressions Performance Team!
While training at Expressions, Geena was a member of the Expressions Sundancer Team for several years earning many scholarships and overall awards. She was also a recipient of the Sundancer Leadership Scholarship.
Upon her graduation from high school she became a faculty assistant for BellaMoxi Dance Convention, assisted Kaelyn Gray at CLI Studios, and assisted at many studio workshops around the area.
She looks forward to sharing her love of dance with all of the dancers at EDT and is grateful that she is able to now teach at the studio where that passion began.

We have welcomed a few new teachers to our EDT family this year! We will introduce them to you over the next few weeks.
Let's start with Samantha Reynolds!
Samantha teaches several classes at Expressions including jazz, tap, and hip hop! She is also the director of the new Expressions Performance Team, debuting this season!
Samantha has been dancing her whole life! Her training includes ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, modern, jazz funk, musical theatre, and ballroom.
After receiving her BFA in Dance from Northern Kentucky University she danced in local companies, eventually moving to Los Angeles, CA to train under Shannon Mather at Mather Dance Company. She continued to train and perform from coast to coast with several reputable dance companies. Recently, she returned to her home roots to combine her professional industry experience and her love for teaching - right here at EDT!

Last weekend EDT and Keen Voice Studio was privileged to host Broadway star, Angie Schworer and offer performers in NKY a wonderful weekend of dance. It was amazing to watching students from middle school to college support each other, learn from each other and collectively dance their hearts out, masked and all. Dance fuels the soul❤️❤️❤️

Kerry Enders!
Kerry has over 35 years of dance experience and over 25 years of dance teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance from Oakland University in Michigan. Kerry has recently relocated to the NKY area and has been teaching ballet at EDT since this summer!
Kerry began studying ballet in Michigan at Tecumseh Dance Workshop and Dancin' Inc. It was while she was at Dancin' that she began to apprentice during high school. She returned to Dancin' Inc. after college and became the Director of Dancin' Ballet Company.
Kerry is also the former owner of Kerry's Dance Stages and the Oakland Regional Ballet in Michigan. She has created many ballet productions during her time as a studio owner.
