Introduction to Pole Fitness is a required first class. There's quite a lot of basic information that everyone interested in pole fitness needs to know in order to be safe and successful on the pole. After you take this class, you'll be better prepared for taking regular classes. You'll get to experience a sample of all the different classes that Expressions Fitness has to offer. You'll be better prepared to choose what class style is right for you.

This class is offered at various times. There are classes available Friday evening at 6:45pm and Saturday morning at 8:45am by request. We have week day availability Tuesday-Thursday from 4:15pm-5:15pm or 10:30pm-11:30pm. You'll find it under the *workshops* tab after you click over to the Mindbody software. If the times available do not fit your schedule, please let us know so we can add a class for you. You only need to take the introductory class once.
