-Use preservative free or contact lens approved lubricating eye drops.
-Avoid rubbing your eyes.
-Wash hands frequently especially contact lens wearers.
-Keep windows and doors closed to keep indoor air clean.
-CDC recommends limiting indoor air pollution by refraining from using anything that burns, like fireplaces, gas stoves and candles.
