Job Description: Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning and heating systems.
• The air conditioning technician should be able to work in places where they are exposed to dust, fumes, noise, toxic materials and high voltage equipment.
• Be capable of working in confined and hot spaces like roofs, crawl ways and attics.
• Have the ability to work in adverse weather and may be required to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, kneel or stand for long stretches of time.
Great base pay PLUS commission
Applicants must show at least 5 years of experience in trouble shooting and installation. Also TDLR and EPA for HVAC certification.
HVAC Technician Certification is a plus!

Job Description:
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Call customers to schedule follow up visits as needed
Check voicemail and return customer’s calls in a timely matter
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
Customer service experience in a fast pace environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
