Diagnostic/Service Visit

Up to one hour of diagnostics and/or repairs. 1 hour minimum. If parts are needed and not on hand, a return visit will be necessary and remainder of the initial hour will be applied to return time.
Labor rates
$100 per hour
Applied in increments of 15minute blocks after initial hour is up or upon return visit if necessary.
Annual Maintenance of Cooling Systems
Annual maintenance includes but is not limited to the cleaning of the condenser coils, condenser fan blade and motor and compressor cavity.
Annual Refrigerator Maintenance
$100
Tech performs cleaning of the condenser coil(s), condenser fan blade(s) and motor(s) and compressor cavity. Minor components also included in maintenance bundle if in need of repair including light bulbs, light switches, fan blades, and other small components. Preventative Dryer Maintenance
Dryer Maintenance

Includes lint removal of external dryer vent and inspection of internal components. Recommended to perform every 3rd year of use in same location.
Full maintenance bundle
Replacement of all non electric moving parts. Includes Idler Pulley/Wheel, Rollers/Felt Guide and Belt. +$50
