FS Commercial Landscape was started in 1976 by G. John Wood after graduation from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Park Administration/Horticulture. The company grew to where it is now with over 150 employees by emphasizing expertise, communication, team work and quality control. FS focuses primarily on commercial landscape maintenance, tree trimming, and renovation of older commercial landscapes, water conservation, drip conversion, irrigation repair and redesign.
The company has several degreed experts and staff certified in pest control, certified arborists and certified irrigators. Mr. Wood writes a monthly newsletter to keep customers updated on seasonal priorities, new products and updates in the landscape industry.
FS does work for some of the largest and smallest companies in the country including Prologis, UPS, Nestle, Unire Properties, CBRE, Vogel Properties, Sears, Ontario Sports Arena, Jurupa Community Services District, and has done consultation for Disneyland Anaheim CA, Ritz Carlton, Double Tree, parks, etc.
Our employees are uniformed, trained, equipped properly for both safety and efficiency. Each crew writes a daily work report of their property of the day and takes pictures with camera phones to explain clearly a problem or condition that may need attention. All account managers and irrigators communicate by phone and email to all customers. Pictures of irrigation repairs are sent with estimates prior to work being done.

Eight Days a week. Want to save money? FS Commercial Landscape can maintain your property on an 8 day schedule and save you 10-15%! Like most other companies, once-a-week is our standard service schedule; however we do offer a creative alternative. An 8 day schedule rotates to the following day each week allowing us to service areas where cars are normally parked- on Saturdays.
