Well, the first month of reopening has gone relatively smoothly. Protocol is in place and it's so nice to see clients again. I will be out of the office until after Labor Day. Welcome back! Your safety and well-being are our highest priority as we “gently” re-open our studio at Face Body Spirit. Please understand that we are only accepting our local, established clients at this time. Appointments will be limited to massage only, 60 minutes or less, including reiki and foot reflexology. Our other services have been placed on hold for the time being due to COVID-19 precautions. IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Hello friends and valued clients!
Although our Governor has lifted restrictions for the massage industry to re-open as of June 1st, we have decided to hold off our re-opening. Your safety and that of the community has always been our priority, and, at this point, we feel it’s just too soon.
It has not been an easy decision. We are trying to be responsible amidst so many conflicting reports of how to provide a “safe” massage during this Covid-19 pandemic. Although we are prepared with training and disinfecting protocols, UV sanitizers and air purifying equipment, anti-microbial masks and gloves, we prefer to wait and see, instead of working “sorta” safe.
During this time, we’ll be able to see if there is a spike in the number of cases in our community while the restaurants and other Seacoast industries re-open. And hopefully, there will be more information available for massage therapists regarding the arising symptoms of this virus, the understanding of clotting and stroke risk, as well as the different inflammatory issues that need to be considered.
Please know that we miss you very much and hope you can understand our decision to remain closed at this time.

It is hard to know the scope of things right now, but for everyone's safety, Face Body Spirit will remain closed at least until the mandatory May 4th date. We will be in touch as we get closer to May and as we have more information from the State of NH.

I have a few openings tomorrow. This will be the last day until Dec 5, as we will be closed post-Thanksgiving to allow for family gatherings. Feel free to book ahead prior to Christmas, as we will also be closed post-Christmas. Andrea
