Fair Wind II is a custom built, 60-ft catamaran with a covered lower cabin and shaded sun deck on top. Includes two 15-ft water slides, high jump platform, on-board restrooms, freshwater showers and staircases descending directly into the water for easy snorkeling access. The morning tours include continental breakfast and Fair Wind’s signature BBQ Grilled lunch. Our snorkel destination, Kealakekua Bay with its natural wind protection, remote location and designations as an underwater state park, marine sanctuary and site of the Captain Cook Monument, has earned a reputation as a top snorkeling spot in Hawaii. Perfect for beginners and families of all ages.
Hula Kai is a 55-ft power catamaran with comfy first-class seating and technological features allowing for smoother cruises at faster speeds while minimizing wake and fuel consumption. Snorkel destinations include various locations hidden along the remote South Kona Coastline. Sites include underwater lava arches, historic lava flows and huge assortments of marine life. In between snorkeling, Hula Kai’s crew serves guests a scrumptious breakfast and BBQ lunch! In the evenings, Hula Kai embarks on what the Travel Channel calls “One of the Top-10 Things to do in Your Lifetime”, The Night Manta Snorkel Adventure. Snorkelers experience the beauty of the manta ray up close and learn about these amazing animals from our onboard experts. Perfect for swimmers with some previous snorkeling experience. Minimum age is 7.
