I'm asked daily when I'm on system replacement estimates, why do I need that filter every other company is using a standard 1". Well we think about your health not just being the low price leader. WTSP.COM MERV 13 filters are also recommended in your home

One of my crews were on a furnace and A/C replacement job today. They went to replace the A/C disconnect outside as we normally do, they turned off the breaker in the main feed panel marked A/C (this is the panel with the electric co. meter with A/C and subpanel breakers in it) but still had power at the A/C disconnect. They then turned off all the 220v breakers in the subpanel, still had power, so they turned off the 150amp main breaker for the house, still had power. Glad they pay attention and verify power with a meter. My lead guy noticed that the anti-tamper crimped on wire on the power company’s side of the panel where the power comes in had been cleanly cut and put back on so it wouldn’t look out of place. He opened up that side of the panel and found the 2 wires for the A/C have been connected directly to the feed wires from the power company. So no way for us to kill the power to the A/C and A/C usage is not metered so someone has been stealing power. Again Lucky no one got hurt or even killed by an unprotected power supply to the A/C. Any problem with the A/C could cause a house fire without a breaker that should trip. And you could see where the aluminum wires have been getting hot.

Pete Ramsey October 29 at 7:34 PM · Covid has been here for 9+ months now....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. I’m asking my small corner of FB to follow suit: Could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide? Just two. Any two. Say done.

We all need to laugh now more than ever. Gabriele Lanhan November 11, 2020 at 11:40 PM · 😄 😄 😄 An old man calls his son and says, "Listen, your mother and I are getting divorced. Forty-five years of misery is enough." "Dad, what are you talking about?" the son screams. “We can't stand the sight of each other any longer,” he says. "I'm sick of her face, and I'm sick of talking about this, so call your sister and tell her," and he hangs up.... Now, the son is worried. He calls his sister. She says, "Like hell they’re getting divorced!" She calls their father immediately. "You’re not getting divorced! Don't do another thing. The two of us are flying home tomorrow to talk about this. Until then, don't call a lawyer, don't file a paper. DO YOU HEAR ME?” She hangs up the phone. The old man turns to his wife and says, "Okay, they’re both coming for Christmas and paying their own airfares. ★¨`*•♫.•Pass it on!! Give someone else a reason to smile. ♫ ..•* ★
