Dr. Paul Diemer (Dr. D) attended Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California, where he graduated with a B.S degree in Sports Medicine. At Pepperdine he was the Athletic Trainer for the basketball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball teams. In 1985, he was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the university. In 1987, Dr. D severely injured his lower back and was saved from surgery by his chiropractor — who was also a good friend. After the experience, he went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in San Jose, California.
His approach to health care is best described as a simple one. Take care of your health on a daily consistent basis and the everything else will follow. He has always tried to educate his patients on the benefits of taking care of themselves everyday — being proactive. Since starting practice in 1991, Dr. Diemer has always stressed the importance of exercise and stretching along with good nutrition and rest. He also specializes in treating wrist, knee, ankle, and shoulder injuries. “The body wants to be well — sometimes it just needs a little help.” Dr. Diemer resides in Granite Bay with his wife Stacey, their twin sons Cole and Bailey, their daughter Summer, and their Labs Gracie and Ruby. He has been on the medical staff atGranite Bay High School since 1997. His hobbies include golf, running, and vacationing in Lake Tahoe and Graeagle.
