Family Care & Wellness is a family medicine practice in Allen, Texas, that provides compassionate care in a family environment for men, women, and children ages 6 and above. Led by a graduate of the Mayo Clinic family residency program, Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, Family Care & Wellness takes a patient-centered approach to care and integrates evidence-based health care management with health coaching to optimize patient health and wellness.
The experienced team focuses on doing what’s right for their patients, forming a partnership with their patients to provide the tools, guidance, and support they need to promote health and prevent disease. Family Care & Wellness is also part of the network of providers for the Southwestern Health Resources.
In addition to wellness and physical exams, the team at Family Care & Wellness specializes in the management of chronic medical conditions, mental health, musculoskeletal pain, and infections. The practice also provides occupational medicine, which includes management of workplace injuries, as well as health coaching services for employees.
