COVID-19 quarantines may keep us separated, but we are all in this together. Our mission is to serve you, and keep in mind that we are still open for emergency-related services, including pain, swelling, broken teeth, and other ailments. Please reach out if you are experiencing a dental emergency.
In response to the rapidly evolving news surrounding Coronavirus, we are taking the following actions to combat the spread and reduce the risk of infection. Please note that these are strictly precautionary measures. At this time, there are no confirmed cases at our office.
- We are limiting schedules to emergency-related services
(including swelling, pus, bleeding, broken tooth, or overall
inability to chew)
- We will be contacting patients to reschedule existing non-
emergency appointments for a later date
- We will continue to pre-screen patients by phone prior to any
visits to determine if there are any symptoms
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during these difficult times, and we will continue to provide you with ongoing updates. The health and well-being of our patients is our top priority and guide these vital decisions. For emergency appointments, please contact our office.
In the wake of the potential COVID-19 (coronavirus) risk, we would like to take this time to remind you that our office always puts the health and well-being of our patients first and foremost. Please be assured that we advocate safe, sanitary conditions in our office to minimize any risk. We continue to closely monitor updates from @WHO and @CDC and act accordingly. Our precautions include:
- Adhering to CDC disinfection guidelines to reduce the risk of
infection
- Regular autoclave testing to ensure proper function
- Asking patients who may have come into contact with
someone infected with the virus to reschedule their
appointment
- Asking patients who have travelled to high risk areas to
postpone appointments.
Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and maintain our focus where it belongs on our valued patients.
