Dear Patients, Families, and Friends,
Dr. Guthrie's Daughter is a Pediatric Clinical Psychologist conducting a research study about emotional health of preschool aged children (1-5 years old) and their families during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are sharing her study and request your help in completing the survey if you have preschool aged children or pass along the survey if you know a family that does.
Thank you for your help! She greatly appreciates it!!
