Responsibilities include:
-Running exam rooms with special emphasis on cleaning protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
-Answering phones
-Obtaining and verifying insurance coverage and PCP information
-Collecting and posting co-pays and patient balances
-Patient appointment scheduling
-Supply inventory management.
**Must work Saturdays.
