The Family Health Centers of Clark, Floyd and Harrison Counties are located in Jeffersonville, New Albany and Corydon Indiana. Each community health center is unique as the town in which it is located, but all share the same mission:
“The mission of the Family Health Centers of Southern Indiana is to provide quality health care to the low-income, underinsured and uninsured residents of the area.” We strive to provide high quality primary health care in the communities we serve with special emphasis on caring for the medically underserved and uninsured. Our board certified physicians and nurse practitioners offer you a full range of primary health care services. We welcome any person seeking care regardless of the ability to pay. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income for any person who is uninsured. We are a Federal Tort Claims Act deemed organization.
