Our phone and internet are currently down. We will open from 11-12 as normal. You can try messaging the page, but reception is spotty at best.
We've been fielding quite a few phone calls regarding the stimulus check. Many have come in and we've made attempts to reach out to those that are local to come in and pick them up. The home bound and out of town clients will be mailed or direct deposited, but if you're able to come in, we're creating a check for you to pick up. If you have questions on whether or not we received your stimulus, please TEXT (319-234-6695) us so that we're not tying up phone lines.
Pick-up time is between 11-12, Monday-Friday.

Beginning May 18th, checks can be picked up from 11-12 from the window to the left of the main doorway. This is check pick-up only.
We will also be answering the phones during limited hours beginning May 18th. Please continue to drop off your receipts, bills, and monthly statements through the mail slot.

Family Management will remain closed to the public until April 7th. We will try and keep everyone informed. If you have updated bank account information that you want to provide, please leave a message for Tiffany.
Checks that are normally picked up on the first and third of the month will be mailed.

After much consideration, Family Management has made the decision to close it’s doors to the public until March 30th. This will go into effect on Monday, March 16th. Our staff will be available by phone and we will be mailing all weeklies that are not currently being direct deposited. If you have a bank account and want to start with direct deposit, please call and provide that information to Kathy, Katy, Diane or Tiffany.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is our desire to protect our staff and customers to the best of our ability.

Family Management received a donation of coats from a very kind couple. Over the last week, our counselors have been handing them out. I would say we have some very happy customers!!

Beginning January 11, 2021, Family Management will open our doors for pick-up/drop off twice a day. We will continue with the 11-12 p.m. Monday-Friday, but will add 1:30-2:30 Monday-Thursday.
As a reminder, our phones are answered Monday-Thursday from 9:00-3:00, and Friday from 9:00-12:00. You can reach us via text (319-234-6695) during those times, and email is always welcome!
We will continue to conduct appointments via telephone for the foreseeable future.
