Dr. Sy and Chelsie are at it again!
Earlier this week, we had the privilege of getting many Cumberland University students ready for school! Thank you, CU, for letting us be a part of your sports medicine team. A special thanks to our hard working staff, who consistently go above and beyond for our community. <3

Our office will be closed on November 26, 27, & 28 for Thanksgiving. As we observe this holiday, we give thanks for our wonderful patients and families. We also want to share our appreciation for our hard working and caring healthcare staff.
As our practice continues to navigate through this challenging pandemic, we have implemented several security measures to protect our patients and our staff to keep everyone safe. We ask that you be kind to our staff and we will do the same. You will be required to wear a mask at all times during your visit and please, only bring one additional person with you if necessary. Seating in our lobby is limited and we have implemented spacing requirements so not all chairs are open. Someone will greet you in the lobby, take your temperature and ask a few questions about your visit, your health, and Covid-19 testing or exposure. If you or the greeter feel that it is necessary, we will ask that you wait in your car, in our parking lot, until we call you. After the call, we will immediately escort you back to an exam room.
Thank you for your understanding and patience,

Many of our patients have called asking about COVID-19 vaccine availability. We are sharing Mayor Hutto's post below which includes links to sign up for the vaccine as it becomes available to the healthcare workers, first responders and ages 75+, in that order. At this time, we will not have this vaccine available at our office but we encourage you to sign up utilizing the links below and as they become available. We will continue to share information on this page when we can. Thank you.

Due to AT&T outages, which include Cricket, you may have trouble reaching our phone lines. Our phones are working well... Depending on how your call is routed to reach our office, you may have connection issues. Verizon and local land lines seem to be working well. Thank you.
