Lindsey Cook is a family nurse practitioner, allowing for a broad scope of practice in patients of all ages.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Kentucky in 1999 and then earned
her Master of Science degree at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio in 2003. She holds national
board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner.
Her experience includes practicing in a variety of health care settings (pediatric and adult hospitals,
private practice, home visits, and walk-in clinics). She treats patients with acute and chronic diseases,
across the lifespan.
