We chose to go with Fantastic Floors to have carpet installed on our home’s upper level and stairs. We compared products and prices from three carpet stores, and they had the most competitive prices by far and with the same name brands of carpet. Juan, Emmanuel and Francisco were extremely accommodating for us at the store in helping us determine the right colors of carpet, types of stair carpet, etc. This required several visits to the store, and they even ordered a couple of samples and had them shipped straight to our house. The installers were Jesus, Jose, and Andres and they were very professional and did great work. We are very satisfied with our buying and installation experience with Fantastic Floors!

If you've ever thought about installing hardwood floors in your home, the winter season offers ideal conditions!☃️❄️
Your skin may not appreciate dry winter air, but your hardwood floors do! The presence of humidity can potentially warp the boards after they've been installed, leaving an uneven look, and undoing all of the hard work from technicians. 😡
All solid hardwood needs to acclimate to the conditions where it will be installed. During Summer months, the organic material of hardwood expands. Should you put down your floors in warmer temperatures, they're sure to look fine at first. But issues might crop up in the Winter season when the boards contract and lose moisture that was soaked up in the Summer. If you choose to install during the Winter season, then when the Summer season rolls around the boards will have room to grow into place. 👍

Fantastic Floors did an incredible job!
I previously had big dogs that left bad claw marks in the wood floors, but I was afraid of how much it would cost to repair over 1,000 sq ft of wood floors.
Ronnie was all over it from the beginning. He came out, provided options then help find what was best for my situation. He was easy to get along with and let me know what to expect each step of the way.
He genuinely cared that the project turned out perfect.
The crew did an amazing job and the floors turned out better than I could have hoped. Ronnie came back afterwards and touched up any little blemish on the trim just to make sure the job was perfect.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My friends have commented about how good the floors look and couldn’t believe the affordable price.
