I know its been quiet on my postings lately bc I’ve tried to throttle down my business from so many Refinances in the last couple months that my processing team could barely keep up even while putting in excessive long after-hours it still resulted in 45+ day closes on Refi’s.
I wanted to let everyone know we brought on some MONSTER help on the back end & are back at our normal efficient turn times & I literally can’t say this enough RATES ARE SO LOW you need to reach out to me for a Quote! I have 15 in escrow/contract and ready to take MUCH more on & help as many clients as possible capture these rates while their sitting at record low’s .
Use it to lower your monthly mortgage, just to save on interest or consolidate all your debt in a wrap.
IDC what but at least evaluate your mortgage situation and take advantage of these times 💵
