During these very challenging times I sincerely hope that this letter finds you and your family well. I would like to personally thank you for your business and for being a valued part of my agency.
Working with clients such as you and your family really makes my job as an agent worthwhile, and I look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come.
As part of my ongoing commitment to my customers I would like to take this time to announce an exciting change to my agency. Beginning on November 1, 2020 my agency will be merging with the Erick Weingart Agency in Glenview. My current office on Milwaukee Ave will be closing and I will be operating through Erick’s office located at 3633 W Lake Ave Suite LL20, Glenview, IL 60026.
You will notice a change in your policy documents beginning on November 1st as they will now have Erick’s name listed as your agent. This will most likely be the only change you may notice. I will be working with Erick’s agency to provide the first class customer service you have come to expect. This new arrangement will actually provide you with a larger staff and more accessible customer service when you need it. Steve Baggio will also be making the move over to Erick’s agency with me.
Erick Weingart has been a Farmers agent since 1992. He has always been a part of a family agency that was started by his father, David Weingart. Dave was a Farmers agent for 38 years until he passed away in 2015. Erick’s mother, Linda Weingart, is the office manager. His wife Sarah is an integral part of the office every day and Wanda Pabich has been a customer service representative in the agency for over 25 years.
My new position with Erick’s agency will actually allow me to focus MORE on the needs of my clients. I am very excited at the opportunity to provide more in-depth coverage reviews and schedule regular meetings with each and every one of my clients.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions. If you haven’t already received one, you can expect a personal phone call from me in the next few weeks. I want to make sure that the agency transition is a smooth one. I will be with you every step of the way.
