Yes it is a house you bring onto the ice and fish out of and can sleep in...on the ice!!! We have been contacted by SO many of our customers these past few months to insured these beauts.

My own claim experience. I also am not just saying this because I work for the company. I literally felt like ROYALTY coming home from my loss. We had a night stay in a hotel because of the Ozone cleaning they did. I came home to 2 boxes of clean clothing of my daughters because they had to be removed and "desmoked" Clean and Press Emergency Care was the company that did this for us. ARKO restoration did all of the interior cleaning and SWP Paint did the painting of my home. Steve's Appliances in Mounds View got us a great deal, delivered and installed my appliances on Monday. The claim was filed last Thursday pretty much and everything has been completed TODAY! I'm thrilled to have my home back.

Advice I wish I would have known: DON’T USE THE SELF CLEANING FUNCTION ON YOUR SELF CLEANING OVEN!
The past 3 weeks my family has been living with the repercussions of using the self cleaning feature on our oven. We have used it in the past and never had an issue. This time was a different story. We let it run for about an hour before deciding to shut it off because the smoke and smell was so terrible. I might also add...it wasn’t that bad in the oven and it does of course give off an odor and smoke for 5 hours or whatever the feature is. But this time was different!
After we shut it off the smell wouldn’t go away. Burnt plastic....🤭🤭🤭
$13,000+ (and rising $$$) dollars later in an insurance claim we have determined that there was an electrical fire or smolder of some sort in the electrical panel of the range. Also causing the microwave above the stove which we turned the fan on to get the smoke out of the house at the time of the original smoke. The microwave absorbed all of the smell along with the range kicking out smoke from it’s vents. So here the list of things so far that need to be replaced or cleaned, new range and microwave, deep clean of the kitchen (by restoration company), carpet clean, kitchen/living room/bedroom off of the kitchen all to be painted, couch and cloth chairs, Sophie’s clothes, blankets, bedding, etc all taken away to clean specifically for smoke.
HOPEFULLY after all of this work is done this week we will have a smell free home!
Oven was 10+ years old so that was apparently a factor but after discussing this with many appliance places, claims department, restoration company and our friend who works with appliances we discovered this is a common problem.
So if you didn’t know (because I had never heard of this until it happened to us) DONT USE THE SELF CLEANING FEATURE!

Winter is among us and like most Minnesotans we start our cold vehicles before heading out for the day! Vehicle owners beware, car theft is on the RISE!!!!
This is a video of my clients vehicle being stolen right out of his driveway. He watched her walk up the driveway, he then actually knocked on his front window and asked, "what can I help you with" and she sped up jumped in the car and stole the vehicle. As of today it has still not been recovered.
This was in New Brighton MN 7:44am 11/9/2020.
