Communication from Farmers Billing Department for policy payment extension: "On March 13, Farmers® communicated to customers to reinforce the availability of our digital tools, including Farmers.com, the refreshed Farmers Mobile App and our Claims self-service options. In addition, this communication let customers know they have the option to call for an extension on their payment and provides an overview of our efforts to keep our representatives healthy.
If Farmers customers are unable to make payments on time as a result of COVID-19, we may be able to extend their due date. Please have them call 1-888-327-6335 to find out more."
