We’re providing additional relief to more than 115,000 of our restaurant, office, retail and service business insurance customers through a 20% monthly premium credit over the next two months. This credit will be processed automatically, with no action required from our customers.

We’re extending coverage, for no additional charge, to customers with Farmers-branded auto and motorcycle policies who have started making food, grocery, pharmacy and medical supply deliveries using their personal vehicles through April 30, 2020.

Farmers is temporarily pausing policy cancellations due to non-payment, from now until May 1, 2020. We will also waive any late fees. This means that without any action required from customers, they now have until May 1 to make any payment due on Farmers®-branded Auto, Home, Umbrella, or Specialty policy.
