Exciting news! As you know Brady and I work together in our agency and we are both licensed #insuranceagent s. Customer service is # 1️⃣ and we are always looking for ways to further support our customers and add value in this relationship.
With that, we have hired a team as an extension of our customer service ☎️ to reach out, offer and schedule a convenient time for YOU to review your coverage. 🙌 This is certainly not a requirement but an additional service- if you’re a customer, you know we are always here to support you via text, call, message, email, our 24/7 service line, etc.
✅ We will then call you at that time you feel works for you in the future and go over things that have changed- new baby, remodeled home, sold a car you forgot to mention, discounts, new endorsements etc. These typically are 20-30 minute appointments.
We look forward to further supporting you and adding value as your insurance advisors. Thank you for letting our family take care of your family ❤️

Looking to the holiday weekend ahead like.... 😎
What do you have planned? I’m hoping ours involves some body of water (okay, I’ll even settle for our blow up pool)! Does anybody else get both calm and excitement around water? #laborday #weekendvibes
It’s important to review your coverage as life has many changes! It’s also a fast, easy process for you.
It would be an honor to do this for you and your family. You get piece of mind, and it’s likely we can save you some $$$ for those financial goals you’ve set for the year! Price matters, but understanding your coverage matters even more. Thank you!! ❤️
Brady and I are licensed in Idaho, Nevada and Utah, and we're here to help.

“What if someone steals my jewelry, art or any other valuable in my home?” - says homeowner or renter
Most home and renters policies have a max limit on valuable items. Ex- $1,500 for one item of jewelry, or $2,500 for all. If you have valuable jewelry 💍 art, firearms, silverware 🍴 etc. and you have a somewhat recent receipt or appraisal, you can actually insure for that value by adding it on to your home or renters policy.
Reach out or you have any questions and we are happy to guide. 👊

Our friends, and local Boise business, American Cleaning Service sent this over and we thought it was valuable to share! #FallHomePrep
Smart Tips to Get Your Home Ready for Fall:
*Prep your heating and air conditioning. Get your central air, furnace, and ductwork serviced. Replace air filters, as necessary.
*Protect outside pipes against freezing. Drain and shut off your outdoor faucets. Drain and roll hoses and store them for winter. Shut off and drain underground sprinklers to protect them from freezing.
*Blow out sprinklers. Irrigation water will be turned off soon (ask your HOA for the specific date), and now is a good time schedule your sprinkler blow out. Blowing out your sprinklers avoids costly repairs to your irrigation system and potentially to your home.
*Keep the heat in. Check windows and doors for drafts. Install weatherstripping and caulk door and window frames, as necessary.
*Close Crawlspace Vents. Close vents to protect pipes located in the crawlspace from freezing and creating plumbing nightmares.
*Do a safety check. Change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Call a chimney sweep before you start using your fireplace. Have your clothes dryer vent inspected and cleaned annually.
*Plant for spring. It is a great time to plant perennials, like peonies or hydrangea, or new trees and shrubs. You can also plant bulbs such as tulips and daffodils before the ground freezes to be rewarded with beautiful flowers next spring.
*Clear the leaves. A thick bed of leaves on your grass could smother your lawn and lead to mold growth, but a light layer under shrubs provide a natural mulch that protects the roots through the winter.
*Clean and repair rain gutters. Clogged gutters could damage your home’s exterior or even lead to a flooded interior.
*Bring in your outdoor furniture. Put it in your garage or a shed. If you do not have room indoors, at least cover it with a waterproof furniture cover.
Cheesen for the Weekend! 😊
