If you sell your vehicle for cash to another individual, make sure you create a bill of sale that is signed by both parties. I have a client that sold her vehicle in February for cash and did not have anything showing the sale. The person she sold it to never changed over the title. The vehicle was involved in an accident last month and now my insured is being sued as she is still technically the owner. This actually happens more than you think. Luckily, I require a written request to cancel and the reason for cancelltaion. I was able to provide this to the attorney. WIthout her written request to me, she would have nothing proving the sale.

Stir Crazy Bakery in the Magnolia area of Fort Worth is one of my favorite bake shops, as I am addicted to their eclairs. From pies to cookies to cakes, they are amazing. Another one of my favorites from them is their quiches. Today it is Italian Veggie. Since the shop is closed for in-person ordering, simply order from their website or give them a call. When they see you pull up, they will run it out to you. Tap on the window and give Robbie a wave. Magnolia would not be the same without businesses like this. #shoplocal
