To all of my friends that have Medicare or who have family on Medicare:
Mark and I have both had clients tell us they are getting letters in the mail saying that their insurance plans are no longer any good and they need to call “this number” to have their plan changed over.
These letters look legitimate, but they are not. They look like they are coming from Medicare or your plan but they are, in fact, illegal.
If you are one of our clients and receive this letter, please call us. Mark and I will ALWAYS take care of you and would most assuredly call you and let you know if something was changing with your plan.
