How do you help your residents to remain vigilant yet calm?
Do you have a way of recording whether anyone in your community has become unwell with COVID-19?
What are your procedures if you are made aware that your community maybe at risk?
Insurance is all about evaluating risks, so we know a thing or two about them. But you don't need to be in insurance to know that it's not worth the risk!
Make it clear to your residents that their obligations are just as vital as the HOAs. If they care about the community they live in, their family and friends then they need to observe the mask requirements.

Would buying masks in bulk work for your community/HOA and having masks available for residents to purchase from a central area? Whilst these are not n95 masks and fitted specifically to a face, a mask is better than none (particularly with fines being on issue).

High fines are being issued for people who are found not to be weraing a mask.

Remind your residents of their duty to wear a mask. You should also make sure that any contractors on site are wearing the appropriate coverings to adhere to safety requirements.
