Dr. Monsef is a specialist in Family Medicine and is board
certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family
Physicians. He attained his Bachelors of Sciences from
New York Institute of Technology, in Biology and Life
Sciences. He attended New York College of Osteopathic
Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. He then went on to North
Shore Hospital in Plainview for three years to specialize in
Family Medicine where he served as chief resident in his
third year.
After residency he spent several years practicing as an
associate in several large medical practices in both Nassau
and Suffolk county, and is on staff at North Shore Hospital
Plainview, North Shore Hospital Syosset, and St. Josephs
Hospital. He cares for patients ranging from preteens to
geriatrics. Now he is Medical Director at Farmingdale
Primary Care P.C. He treats patients in both outpatient and
inpatient settings.
