I couldn't be more proud of our team! Sadly, this pic is missing a couple of members because they were also wrapping up another LONG day. Since February 16, our team has worked tirelessly to help as many families and businesses as possible in the New Braunfels, Bulverde, Boerne and Northern San Antonio area.
Many of our team members were dealing with their own power outages and frozen pipes at their homes but they STILL have come in everyday since Feb. 16, working 12-16 hour days and without complaining.
We have learned some incredible lessons in managing a workload we couldn't have ever thought possible, 28 days (so far) in 14 days and MANY more to go. We have implemented and changed processes we never thought we needed with true team input and improvement.. Through all of this we all have continued to grow, improve and drive forward with positive attitudes!
The van is now ready to help tomorrow's clients, while our box truck is ready to clear equipment from homes that are dried down.

We are making every effort to get water back to our community. To ensure the safety of our technicians we will be avoiding excessive travel until road conditions improve.
