SEEKING EXPERIENCED CSR/DISPATCHER TO HANDLE OUR TENNESSEE AREA. HVAC KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED. *This job will be based out of our Grove City OH location, knowledge of Tennessee is not necessary.*
Job Responsibilities:
Answers inbound phone calls, responds to inquiries in a thorough, accurate, timely and courteous manner, completes outbound follow-up calls as needed
Address customer needs and requests with a positive and can-do attitude
Schedule service visits
Dispatch calls to technicians
Input status from technicians
Share information with 3rd parties such as part supply houses or insurance providers
Work independently
Perform other duties/projects assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
Team-Oriented
Effectively provide Customer Service in a high pressure, stressful situation and maintain professional composure
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
Proven ability to maintain high quality calls
Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution across all contact channels (e-mail and phone)
Superior active listening skills; asking clarifying questions to be sure the correct message is understood
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to sit for long periods of time using a computer to enter and process customer information
