Physical therapy is a safer and more effective option than opioids
It's National Physical Therapy Month! Lets celebrate by admiring the power of physical therapy with Oran's Story!
June 1st, 2019: My son and I rode 42 miles on the B & O trail and
county roads near Brownsburg.
July 13th, 2019: My granddaughter and I rode 54 miles on the
Cardinal Trail north of Richmond, IN.
Two weeks later, I spent 13 days in the hospital.
May 2020 I spent 3 more days in the hospital.
September 26th, 2020: I rode 42 miles on the Plainfield and Avon
trails and on the streets.
October 3rd, 2020: My son and I rode the Cardinal Trail 40 miles
north of Richmond, IN to Muncie, IN and 40
miles back to our starting point for a total of 80
miles.
Between the above rides we have rode between 12 and 20 miles.
I had physical therapy at Fast Track after each of my hospital stays. Sara sat down with me, asked me questions, and came up with a plan. I told her I would do anything she asked me to do because she was “the boss”. I cannot say enough, or thank Sara and the rest of the staff enough for working with me to get me back to where I wanted to be. I love riding my bicycle and wonder where I would be if it wasn’t for Sara and the rest of the Fast Track team. I’m 78 years old. I have no aches or pain and do not take prescription drugs. I thank God for my health and recommend Fast Track to everyone that needs help with a personal issue or goal.
