Dr. Faye Rim is a board certified physiatrist and pain management specialist within the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care & Pain Management. Dr. Rim received her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She also completed a fellowship focused on pain medicine and palliative care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to joining Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Dr. Rim served as Chief of Pain and Palliative Medicine at Metropolitan Hospital.
Dr. Rim oversees the hospital's presurgical screening pain program, where she treats patients with complex pain and controlled substance tolerance.
