Brandon Kiser with Fayette Electrical Service, Inc hosted Bluegrass Community and Technical College for a tour of their new location in Winchester. One topic of conversation was about BCTC's apprenticeship program and how we can help businesses find and train skilled workers. This allows them to immediately apply the knowledge gained in the classroom to a real-world setting.
